Profile vs. Account Distinction
Team Profiles
Definition: A profile (also called a team) represents a brand, client, or content theme
Structure: Each profile contains its own settings, identity, and connected accounts
Purpose: Organize different brands or clients under one organization
Example: A marketing agency might have separate profiles for each client
Social Media Accounts
Definition: Individual social media accounts connected to a profile
Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other supported platforms
Connection: Each account is linked to a specific profile/team

Hierarchy Relationship
Organization → Profiles → Accounts
Organization: Your main NAVIRO account (billing entity)
