Setting Up Your Team Profile

Learn how to create and configure team profiles in NAVIRO for organizing multiple brands, clients, or content themes under one organization.

Understanding Team Structure

  • Organization: Your main account (billing and user management)

  • Team/Profile: Individual brands or content themes

  • Accounts: Social media accounts connected to each team

Creating a New Team Profile

Step 1: Access Profile Creation

  1. Click the profile switcher in the top navigation

  2. Look for the dropdown with your current team name

  3. Click "New Profile" button (requires Admin or Owner permissions)

Step 2: Profile Setup

  1. Profile Name: Choose a descriptive name for your brand/client

  2. Description: Optional details about this profile's purpose

  3. Avatar: Upload a logo or profile image (optional)

Step 3: Initial Configuration

  1. Connect Social Accounts: Add relevant social media accounts

  2. Team Members: Invite collaborators if needed

  3. Permissions: Set access levels for team members

Profile Management Features

Switching Between Profiles

  • Use the profile switcher dropdown in navigation

  • Quick account switcher shows up to 3 accounts per profile

  • Search functionality for finding specific profiles/accounts

Profile Settings

Access through Settings > Profile to configure:

  • Identity Data: Brand voice, audience, and strategy

  • Team Members: Add/remove collaborators

Troubleshooting
