The 6 Onboarding Stages

Stage 1: Profile Facts

Purpose: Gather basic information about your brand Time Required: 3-5 minutes What You'll Do:

  • Enter your brand name and basic details

  • Select your primary content categories

  • Choose your main social media platforms

Stage 2: Content Posts

Purpose: Analyze your existing content for AI training Time Required: 5-10 minutes (plus processing time) What You'll Do:

  • Connect your social media accounts

  • Allow NAVIRO to analyze your recent posts

  • Review content performance patterns

Processing Note: This stage includes background analysis that may take 30-60 minutes

Stage 3: Identity Generation

Purpose: AI creates your initial brand identity Time Required: 15-30 minutes (processing) What Happens:

  • AI analyzes your content and audience

  • Generates your brand voice and style guide

  • Creates initial content strategy recommendations

Stage 4: Identity Editing

Purpose: Refine and customize your brand identity Time Required: 10-20 minutes What You'll Do:

  • Review AI-generated brand identity

  • Edit and customize 8 key sections:

    1. Connect Social Accounts

    2. Content Topics & Keywords

    3. Call to Action Strategy

    4. Content Schedule & Time Allocation

    5. Target Audience Definition

    6. Unique Value Proposition

    7. Mission & Goals

    8. Additional Brand Notes

Stage 5: Blueprint Generation

Purpose: Create your personalized growth strategy Time Required: 10-15 minutes (processing) What Happens:

  • AI generates comprehensive growth blueprint

  • Creates weekly content strategy

  • Establishes performance benchmarks

Stage 6: Completed

Purpose: Full access to all NAVIRO features What You Get:

  • Complete dashboard access

  • AI assistant (Viro) ready to help

  • Audience analytics and insights

Progress Tracking

  • Visual Indicators: Progress bar shows completion status

  • Stage Navigation: Can move between completed stages

  • Save Progress: Your work is automatically saved

  • Resume Later: Can complete onboarding across multiple sessions
